I continue to receive the 10060 error when trying to connect to a server via auth TLS. I've tried every option and nothing seems to allow the connection to succeed. I've turned on debugging, but it doesn't track the communication between the client and server (like what you would see using a typical client like CoreFTP).

10060 is a general error. There is not much to log because it cannot even connect to the endpoint host.
