I had Visualcron install on one of our servers here with a single license. The hard drive in the server failed and had to reinstall the OS. Now when I try to activate the product, it tells me that I the license is already in use. Is there any way I can get the product to activate? Thanks

Hello,

I had a similar issue where I had to have my license "reset". Go to http://www.visualcron.com/Contact.aspx and send your license key to sales and they should be able to take care of you.
