Hi, it would be really useful for me if i could have the ability to wait of a job to complete as a condition/trigger for another task to run.

I second this one... If you create an "Execute Visualcron Job" task, it starts the task and moves on. I end up creating conditions on the following task to "wait" until the job started finishes...

It seems that an option could be to wait until the job execution is finished before moving to the next task.

Thanks,
Dustin

Not sure exactly what you mean here. It depends how the executable has been programmed and how it is executed. For example, in most cases it will wait if you run the executable directly but if you fork it through a batch file there is a risk that it is being run in a separate thread and considered "complete" with the actual batch file.

Maybe you are referring to the VisualCron Trigger which can be set to wait for completion of another Job? Marking this topic as solved.
