I’m currently trying to set up a fully automated workflow for transferring files between FTP servers and processing them (like unzipping, moving to different directories, and sending email notifications upon completion). I’m considering VisualCron for this, as it seems to offer a ton of features, but I’m not sure if it’s the best tool for the job.

Has anyone here successfully set up a similar workflow using VisualCron? How easy is it to configure FTP tasks, and does it handle file extraction or manipulation without too much hassle? Also, I’m curious if you’ve used its error handling and logging features to manage job failures or interruptions in such workflows.

I’ve also tried ScriptRunner, Attune, and Ansible for similar tasks, and they’ve given me pretty good results. Just looking for something that might offer even more seamless integration and task automation.

Any insights on setting up something like this or tips for optimizing VisualCron for FTP and file management would be really appreciated!
