Browsing in the explorer seems to work fine, but downloading everything in a folder does not. I need this job working, so I don't have time right now to collect more specific details, nor to deal with the frustration of support communication over email. (That's not a slight on Visualcron's support staff; it is a slight on email as a communication method in general.)
