Offline activation of the product does not work on multiple machines:

we extended our maintenance for multiple ONLINE and OFFLINE VisualCron instances.

The ONLINE activations went fine.
The OFFLINE activations seemingly went fine too, but the expiry date is unchanged. within 12 days all our VisualCron instances will stop working while we already paid for an extension "World License (Pro) - 1 year subscription". This will stop business critical processes.

I deactivated the license and activated the new one. The GUI says activation went fine. still the expiry date is 19/05/2024
