I've managed to extract data from a PDF document using the 'Scan Document' task. Now I need to rename the file based on those variables.
How can I extract the processed file used by 'Scan Document'?
How can I use the variables to rename the file in the next task?

is the word or phrase in the document?
If it is, is it always in the same place? Maybe Row 4 Character 56 or something like that?

That would be extremely unfortunate.

Let me amend that. That would be extremely unfortunate unless it means there is going to be at least partially public access to the ticketing system.
