When executing a task manually the error message "Write to stream threw a System.Exception" appears in a message box. The email is successfully sent however. The log on the server reports:

Email report error, error: OpenSmtp.Mail.SmtpException: Write to Stream threw an System.Exception.

How can I prevent this error appearing?

If you use the Email Task - do you get an error then?

Email task works fine.

Ok, I am not sure about that error, but I do know that we are using different technology in the Email Task than Notification and we will replace Notification soon.
