We encountered unexpected behaviour for long-running flow actions on a task in a loop. The expected behaviour is that it will fire for every invocation of the task in the loop if the task is running longer than the set duration, but it only fires once.

The attached file has an example job that will show the issue.This was tested in 9.4 and 9.6, I could find no reference in the change log that indicates that it has been picked up or fixed before.
