We had a few times that we had the services go down over the weekend and no one knew that it was down. Came into work on Monday to find out that none of our alerts or reports that were automated by VS was not sent out because the services was down. We attempted to have the Test VC server to monitor the main one and was supposed to email us when it went down but it has failed to do so.
