We currently have a lot of processes that we only run on the 1st workday of the month, and it is a pain to have to change the starting date before this occurs. Currently there is a Last workday of the month option on the Interval tab. Is it possible to add the 1st Workday of the Month?

You should be able to use the DATENOWADD function for this.
{DATENOWADD(Days|-1|M/d/yyyy)}
