We have a customer using the IBM Sterling VAN platform for EDI transactions. They're created an FTP mailslot for us to upload our files, but VisualCron is unable to list the directories. We've gotten it to work with Filezilla whereas WinSCP also has problem with the listing. It appears to be the FTP implementation used by IBM. Is there any way we could troubleshoot and fix this? Tried out PORT/PASV settings and some other options within VisualCron - so far without success.

Please email us with more information, what error you are getting etc to support@visualcron.com
Also it would speed up the troubleshooting a lot if we could get a test account to the sftp to reproduce it from our environment
