We have servers in locations that abide by Daylight Savings Time changes, but are scheduled to create files and deliver to servers that don't abide by Daylight Savings Time. We also have situations in reverse. For Time Events, I do not see a way to schedule a job on a server in DST by UTC time (or alternate time zone). When scheduling time event jobs, I'd like to have it default to local time zone (based on server settings), but allow for an alternate time zone, or alternatively, enable a flag to toggle between local time or UTC time zone.

I'm aware of being able to react to file creation events, but that doesn't help when sending files from DST server to non-DST server.
