Hello,
We use VisualCron v.5.4.7 to run several programs we've developed, and very rarely happen something strange that is very dangerous for our processes.
We run VC on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack2 system, with regional settings set to Italian, and the user who run VC has regional settings set to Italian, too. Last week all processes have run with success, but the programs have generated uncorrect output, dued (apparently) to a change of regional settings to english, so that the separator for decimal numbers has changed from dot (.) to comma (,) with wrong side effect for us.
What we know is that:
1. Windows settings were (still) set to Italian
2. All the programs launched from the os run succesfully with che correct output
3. We don't know if any kind of os update was done (the server is in co location) but there wasn't any message of reboot needed.
4. After os reboot everything has worked fine again, for the next days until now.
Can you please give us any hint how to catch this behaviour?
Thanks in advance,
C&STeam staff
