Hi support

Any idea why, with the latest V6 beta version, I am getting multiple notifications each time I run a single job? See attached screenshot

Cheers

Andy

p.s. Sorry - should have put this in the V6 Beta forum - no idea how to move it....

1. Is it just this Job or all Jobs?
2. Do you have multiple VCTray.exe running in Task Manager?
3. If you exit the Tray Client and start it again and run the Job. Do you get multiple then as well?

Hi Henrik

It was happening for every job. There was only a single instance of VCTray.exe and a single VisualCronClient.exe running in task manager, however, shutting both down and restarting them seems to have resolved the problem.

Thanks

If it happens again - could you check if you have multiple running Client connections?

Hi Henrik

I did check this and there was only one running connection, however I will double check if it reoccurs.

Cheers
