We upgraded to 5.7.8 and all our FTP download jobs stopped working. I found a work around by specifically entering the full filename in the filemask field. But we need a fix for this ASAP.

All our FTP download jobs are configured for the wildcard filemask (*.*) and its not downloading the files but directly entering the filename in the filemask field is working. Its also working in the FTP explorer as well.

What wildcard do you normally use? Please give an example.

Correction...not all FTP download jobs are failing but I cannot determine what the differences are right now.

We use the default such as *.* so on an FTP job details the download tab looks like:

source folder: /someFolderName
File Mask: *.*

All other options are default.

Destination folder: localPath such as c:\temp

Other options are default

Perhaps we can do some screen sharing so we can see both content, file mask and download in action?
