I've set up an e-mail task and manually inserted recipients using a semi-colon delimiter. When the task completes it sends the correct number of e-mails to the desired recipients separately.

My question is: Is there a way to send one e-mail with all the recipients in the "to" field instead of sending one e-mail to each recipient? Basically I'd like to use the list of recipients in the "to" field as a method of verification that the e-mail was sent to the intended recipients.

No, but could be added as a feature quite easy. We will move this topic to Feature requests and watch it to know when this is fixed.
