Hi,

I have a problem with VisualCron service, i can't start service ...

If you can upgrade to latest version - then please do that. It makes it easier to debug.

Either way we need the following files:

* log_serverDATE.txt from the log folder
* your exported settings

Please send these to support@visualcron.com

I don't want upgrade to last version because the last version need framework 3.5(my framework=2.0)

exported settings = settings_server.xml ? or all folder settings ?

I have sent the log_serverDATE.txt, but i can't export settings because i can't connect to localhost ... Sevice is't running ...

We wrote you an email. Seems like you have a Reboot/Restart Task that is restarting the current(!) server.
