Hello Team,
Can you please guide me on the following scenrio:

1. Visual Cron is set up on machine A(Windows)
2. Data files are present on Unix machine B
3. I need to copy the files from machine B to machine C(Windows OS).
4. I specify the source path which is on Unix as : \\10.222.23.233\RMY\SourceFiles
5. Destination folder in D:\SourceFiles.

However when I run the job it says exception: No files copied.

Can you help me understand which task I can use for this processing as its interaction between Windows and Unix and also is there any specific syntax I need to follow

Thanks,
Susheel

By default you get an error if no file exists. You can supress the error if you want. I guess the source path does not contain any files.

I have no idea why. If there was a connection problem you should get that kind of error. Now it says "no files" which is either source folder file mask problem.

I would create a new Task, open file filter of the copy files item and go to the Test tab. Any files there?

If not, I would use SFTP protocol instead. The Samba setup does not seem to be correct.

Hello Henrik,
I tried using the SFTP and it works fine now. The job copies the files to the destination folder however it shows an error as in the snapshot attached with this mail. Please let me know how to remove that error.

Thanks and regards,
Susheel
