we catched some access from visualcron to
79.136.75.66
64.18.21.1
194.7.155.81


Could you tel me what are those access and how to stop them

79.136.75.66 visualcron.com - used for checking for updates
64.18.21.1/194.7.155.81 - seems like Cybertrust services. It is actually not VisualCron that is calling these but I guess the operating system is validating our digital certificate.

You can block any if you want but they do not harm on the other side.

Very strange
when we stop visualcron service there is no call to 64.18.21.1/194.7.155.81

And when the service is started, the calls begin.

perhaps dotnet is doing those calls ?

Not sure, but we use Globalsign (which is owned by Cybertrust) certificates to digitally sign our executables.
