We have recently locked down the machine that the Visual Cron Client(5.6.0) is installed on. The machine now has no access to internet. The machine is now locking up somewhere during the nightly batch processes. We did have a prompt to update the client before we locked down the machine, but we chose not to update the client at that time. We have allowed access to the update url, but we get this message when we try to update (You are probably using a test version, no newer official version is available):

I also have a screen shot from that last update prompt that it fixed a bug where the client would crash if it did not have a connection. I need help with this since it is high priority for the client.

Please try again now. It was a cache problem in our web server.

Alright updates are applying as needed, but my barracuda is blocking this domain:

globalsign.net

Does VisualCron need to pull a certificate to be able to access the update server? Is this really necessary?

Where are you in the installation stage? Or are you downloading?
