Found it almost by accident: double-click your job, or right-click/Edit; the "Tasks" tab lets you arrange task ordering at will.
Side note: this should be a bit more instinctive...
*Edit - Under the "List" tab of the Ribbon, select "Set columns" from the "Grid" group; for tasks, column "Order" isn't checked by default (wasn't on my install): just check that box and the order# of each task will appear on your grid/list.
