Hello,

All the SSIS Tasks indicate they are running, but are hanging, doing nothing. If I reboot the server, I can run them manually, but when scheduled, they hang.

Can someone tell me what I may be doing wrong?

Current VC version is 5.6.0
I’m using the same credentials from which I designed and installed the packages.
I can run them from the server (MSSQL 2008) fine.

Thank you in advance.

Try to kill the process SSISExecute2008.exe in the Task manager. This might give you some error (which could explain behavior) in the standard error of the Task.

Thank you for responding so quickly.

I ended the task, but the stdout does not look like much help.

Ok, could it be something related to your architecture. Like, if you have a 64 bit system but are trying to execute 32 bit package?

Maybe,
We are running a 64bit system, while developed on the same machine in 32bit debug mode.

Is there a way to call it in 32bit mode?

Thanks for your Help!!

Yes, in the next version. We will probably release it tomorrow in the beta forum so you can try it out.

Please test this version and edit the SSIS Task (and check x86) checkbox before running:
