If I set up a job to have multiple triggers, does the job wait until all triggers are true or just one of them?

Hi rgepfert,

The job will run if a trigger is fired.
So if you are using multiple triggers every trigger can run the job. They don't have to be all true.

Is there not a way that a job can wait on all triggers to fire. I have a job that has to process two files. I need the job to fire when both files exist. How do I do that?

Hi rgepfert,

Sure this is possible.
Have two triggers on the job, each for one file (you might do this with one, it depends on where both files are located).
Than have a condition to check if both files are available. If not, set the condition to ens the job. If the conditions are met it has to continue.

This is the way to have 'and-like' triggers the way you wanted.

Erik
