Hi,
I am reworking my server here and forgot to deactivate the license on VC before I reformatted the hard drive, and now the license says it's already been used so I can't activate it. I actually purchased 2 licenses back in January, 1 for my workstation and 1 for my server, but I don't know which one I used for the server and the workstation doesn't display which key was used under the About menu so I'm not sure which one to tell you was on the server. Where do I go from here? Thanks.

Sorry about the email. Didn't realize where you were located and I reject a number of countries outside the US as an anti-spam measure. I have allowed your's again since I don't recall getting much spam from there. 😉 Thanks for the help, I'll try it and let you know if I run into any other problems.

If you deactivate a server you reset the activation by yourself - so you are actually not needing our help.
