I've got a job that I would like to setup in VC (version 4.7.7) that would run at 15 minute intervals from 9:48am to 4:48pm.

If I were to create an interval time trigger of type minutely (every 15 minutes), starting at 9:48am, is there a way to specify an end time of 4:48pm?

There is only an option for start time.

By Custom time trigger, I would have to specify hours and minutes.
If I wish to run it every 15 minutes, between hours 9am-4pm, I would have to check off minutes 3, 18, 33, 48. However, that will lead to the job starting up at 9:03am no?

If I were to create a time exception, would I use hours between 4PM to 9AM with minute set at 49 to ensure that it runs at 4:48PM and 9:48AM?

You can check just the hours in the custom Time triggers. Between 4 and 9. Minutes 3,18,33 and 48. Second 0.

You are right - did not know you wanted it that way. Then use 2 custom time triggers. One using hour 9 and minute 48 only. And rest for the rest of the time.

Ah..That's a pretty simple solution and solves my problems.
I didn't realize that triggers could be used in such a way.
