Hi Henrik,

It looks like you are using this utility locally on your sharepoint server.
I'm using it in a domain, so I have to include my domain name into my username.

I used a path from a document as you tolled me to removing the filename.
I entered my usename like: domain\user.name and my password.

It still gives me the 401 error.

Is it possible to look at the source for me?

Regards,
Erik

Maybe it will work if we expose the domain property. Let me check for the source.

Yes! 😂 , this has done the trick for me.
I'm able to upload a file.

Now what you are going to do with this tool?
Are you going to use the code as a new task in VisualCron?

Yes, that was the thought, if there is a need for it.

Would be great if JZatulove and KennethD could verify that this works and if they are still interested in seeing a Task like this?

Erik, how will you use it in your organization?

I got a request for storing files in a document library.
They are updated daily, and they have to be overwritten.
It could be done manually, but I thought of using VC for this. (The more automatic the better)

I also have a request for adding multiple files with a directory structure. So I have to upload files (*.*) to a document library.

We are migrating from a ASP intranet to Sharepoint, so I think many requests are comming.

So the task should look like the file copy task with the overwrite yes/no/etc.

Is it possible to have a delete file(s) task as well?

Erik

Hi Henrik,

Thanks for the delete functionality.
The test went flawlessly, there wasn't a popup telling me de file was deleted, but a page refresh in Sharepoint did ;-)

JZatulove and KennethD can you tell me if this works for you as well?
