Hello,

I was checking the server log this morning and I noticed something unusual. After the server reboot at 2 AM every job failed between the time it was back up and when I restarted the VisualCron service. This is the first time I have seen this happen. The message in the log is: Job was not run because license has expired! I am using version 4.9.37.

When I searched the forums for others that had this same issue I came up with the following: http://www.visualcron.co...m.aspx?g=posts&t=558  however I'm not sure if I should be running the test programs that were included in the thread by Support.

Does anyone know what may have caused this? Support, did you want me to send my log_server20100119.txt file to you?

Regards,

Peter

Please send us your activation code to Sales using contact form and they will reset the activation code.

Generally, we do not research log files from such old versions. If it occurs in later versions we will look at it.
