Is there a variable, or addition to a current variable I can use to archive old log files.
I am currently using log_server{DATA(LastWorkday|yyyyMMdd)}.txt, but clearly this only working for Mon-Fri files.

Looking through the variables there only seems to be options to Add days to current date (DATENOWADD)?

Yes, you can use DATENOWADD and use minus (-) values - on Day for example.

log_server{DATENOWADD(yyyy-MM-dd).txt ?
