I have various jobs in VC that collect or send data thru ftp to linux machines but i have problems doing an ftp to a linux SUSE OS. Can anyone tell me if i need to add a special character to the path name? When i do the ftp via the command prompt it is working fine. I would appreciate any help in the matter.

1. Which version are you using of VisualCron?
2. Can you provide the log_serverDATE.txt for debugging?

Version 4.9.40. Please find attached the log from friday when i was testing.

You should try version 5. Version 4 has very limited support for FTPs that do not follow normal UNIX standards.
