I'm trying to automatically check for jobs that are in an inactive status and notifying me via e-mail if any are found. I think this can be done using the JOB() variable but can't find the correct parameter. If I use JOB(jobid|NextRun) I get a date/time even if the job is inactivated. I've also tried status and result but can't determine if the job is active or inactive. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Easiest way would be to create a small exe that uses the API to check this. But this requires some programming skills.

We will soon work on a new Conditions where you can check and compare Variables. That would help some.

Another thing we will work on is a new Trigger for internal events. For example, if someone inactivates a Job - that might be interesting for you?

I am moving this topic to Feature requests.
