I'm using v 4.9.58 and am suddenly getting an email error for notifications that have an attachement. The error is: "Error sending email: The directory name is invalid."

The notification was created several months ago and has been running fine until 2 days ago. The attachement for the notification is defined as follows:

Directory: D:\VisualCronResults
Include file mask: {JOB(Active,Name)}_{DATEFORMAT(yyyyMMdd)}_results.htm

I deleted the notification and re-created it but am still receiving the same error. I have tried changing the directory and the error persists.

Any ideas?

Could be a permission error. Is this a network drive or a drive folder with limited permission?

Hi Henrik,

The directory is not on a network drive. The directory is set so that everyone has read and write privileges.

This error only start a few days ago and the script has been running fine for months.

I'm also getting an error when I try to export the VC settings:

LBL_ERROR
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: bytes.

Will this be corrected by updating to your most recent version?

Please test the latest version as it is a pre-beta version of version 5 that you are using right now.
