I am currently evaluating your product, and have a trial version of 5.4.7, build 42262.

I set-up a job to upload a file to our FTP server (Port 21), but get the message detailed above.

Any ideas how to solve this?
Connection to the FTP server is definitely working, as I have Voyager on here at the moment running jobs, and telnet to port 21 works fine.

This is a permissions issue. The username or password is wrong.
