I installed 5.4.7 on a new workstation (not an upgrade). When I launch vcron, I get the following error. This is on a Windows XP SP 3 workstation with all the latest patches. See screen shot as well.

OK, we will try to set up similar environment.

If you press continue, select a theme and go forward it works next time you start the Client, right?

No. If I select a theme and continue, I just keep getting that error and remain at the same place in the installation.

OK, I hope you can wait a few days. We are quite certain that this error resides from a code protection tool that we are using. It has caused some random errors. We are in touch with their developers. Will get back to you.

Could you please uninstall current version and install this attached version instead to see if that works for you. Please note that this is an in-development version - we just want to see if the problem is solved in this version.

Sorry for the delay in responding...

I got different results with this one. During setup, I received several (3 0r 4) dialogs telling me that an error report had been sent. However the setup did seem to work and I can launch the client.

Note that whenever I launch the client I get one of the dialogs about sending an error report.
