I cloned a task from one job to another, then change the order of that task from 15 to 1. After that Output, Output (stderr), Result, Last run was cleared, seems that all logs for that jobs was cleared too.

No. All tasks in the job I copied the task to, was cleared

We reset all statistical values when a Job is edited in any way.

Ok, I was surprised when everything was reset after reordering a task. Let's call it by design.
