I renewed an existing license via a partner and am having an issue applying the maintenance to the existing license (the associate maintenance section of the license screen doesn't exist) but after a week I've received no response from support regarding my issue. My license is coming up for renewal. Does anyone have any advice on getting VisualCron to actually respond to a support request?
