Job Started Popup Notification - VisualCron

I am attempting to disable to "Job started" notification, but when I disable the notification event within the tray settings, I still get the popup when I am working within VisualCron.

File -> Client Settings -> Client Events

Job started is unchecked there as well.

At one point you also needed to uncheck "Job Started By User" in one of them, I think, but I thought they had fixed that.

I have that unchecked as well, same issue.
