Hello, I'm also having a constant issue with the VisualCron FTP/FTPS/SFTP/SCP Upload Task constantly erroring out with an "Unaccepted server reply code 425 (425 Data connection not received within 10 sec. on port xxxxx)" message. The failures with that error happen about 20% of the time with my FTP upload task, but that's frequent enough to give me headaches.

Again, the version of VisualCron we're using is 9.8.0.

Here are some screenshots of how I set up the FTP upload task:

I'd appreciate any feedback with how I can eliminate this Unaccepted server reply code 425 from happening with the VisualCron FTP upload task.

Thank you.

Hello again, another recurring error I get with the VisualCron FTP upload tasks is:

Exception in Task: Error preparing upload of FTP folder (2), targetpath: [some remote FTP path], CurrentPath: , log: 1, error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Again, I would appreciate any feedback to prevent these VisualCron FTD upload issues.

Thank you.

Hello, following up on this post. Can someone please shed some light on these VisualCron FTP upload task issues?

Again, to summarize, the VisualCron FTP upload task issues I've been experiencing have been:

1. "Unaccepted server reply code 425 (425 Data connection not received within 10 sec. on port xxxxx)"

2. Exception in Task: Error preparing upload of FTP folder (2), targetpath: [some remote FTP path], CurrentPath: , log: 1, error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Also, one other thing. Sometimes, when the VisualCron FTP upload task fails, apparently VisualCron keeps some of the failed upload files open in the file system, and there's no way to delete them. Here's a screenshot with an example:

After a failed VisualCron upload, I tried deleting the files, but the message box says a file is still open in VisualCron. Completely exited out of VisualCron, but still can't delete the file.

Very frustrating. I'd appreciate any feedback with these VisualCron FTP upload issues.

Thank you.
