Going from 9.4.5 to 9.9.6, many working HTTP tasks now fail or require multiple retires on the newest version.

Below are the errors I am getting with a clean install on windows server 2019.

VisualCron error
Exception in Task: Unhandled errors
Error getting HTTP response: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.

Windows System Log
A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013.

I've tried every combo of security protocols for each task and get the same result.

Can you give us an example to reproduce with? If not, please send an email to support@visualcron.com and include screenshots of that it works with Postman , the settings you use there and then the visualcron settings used
