I have been experiencing issues with old jobs that have been using File Triggers. We upgraded from 9.4.5 a few months ago and I have noticed problems with these jobs as users are not receiving files from File Triggered jobs. In these instances I have tried setting the File Trigger back up, recreating the job entirely, modified file trigger settings and test with each one on or off, and finally resolving the issue with timed triggers. Recently in our QA environment we upgraded to 9.9.6 to determine if the version was responsible for the failures, however the file triggered jobs continued failing to trigger ever. Attached is an example of a File Triggered job in our environment. Any help is appreciated.
