An FTP task finds 0 files when using an administrative drive as the source, Include subfolders is checked, and a Date filter with Created Date > 24 days ago. The source drive has 3.5 TB of files to search through. The task runs for 58 minutes, finds 0 files, and reports "Success".

There are definitely files that meet the criteria. It successfully finds files when the "Include subfolders" in unchecked.

Hi Randy,

Can you provide more detailed information please? What version are you using, also can you show screenshots of the settings? If you search through with no filters, does it find the files then?

Please send an email to support@visualcron.com or reply here with these details.

long shot...but you may need to put a "/" in the front of your folder path

Best to have it look for one specific file in one specific folder that you know of then test without any extra filters like dates or size.
