I've had a crash today and VisualCron wanted to upload bug report but failed on my email? I would like to resolve that for future events. I had to restart everything and restore from backup losing some work. I can send event logs if that helps. Thanks.

I think this may be the crash log it wanted to send:

Interesting that this event log screenshot is reporting Windows Server 2012 however this server is 2016.

Can I go back to 9.8.5 and restore the backup created from 9.9.0? Thanks!

You can, at www.visualcron.com/oldversions.aspx

But we are interested in if you are able to reproduce this crash in 9.9, or was it just a one time thing?
