Record web macro >> start to type in username or field data >> then it crashes with reference cannot
I was able to record the steps by pasting in the field data.
Once recorded, the job was not successful, but playback worked fine.

Try going in to the installation path, right-click on visualcronclient.exe and chose Run as administrator. If that doesn't work, please send us an email with screenshot and paste the error exception you get as well on the crash
