Even with compression set on connections it is impossible to logon to VC servers with large number of Jobs/Tasks.

1) Can the time-out be configurable per connection.

2) It appears that all std. output per task is loaded into the local client with the initial connection. Could this not become an 'on-demand' function whereby std. output, logs etc is retrieved when required.

The main consequence is that our support staff cannot connect remotely and we are now forced to give back RDP connections, so that they can monitor nightly runs using IPC connections; It is one of the reason we went for VC (Client/Server), to get non admin people off the servers.

We will soon start working on a version where we don't send output over the connection which will solve this.
