I recently upgraded my visualchron server from 9.5* to 9.8.0.
There are many people that send SFTP files and all are working properly. I have one client that uses MOVEit Automation to send us SFTP files. After the upgrade they no longer were able to send us files.

I receive this error in the VisualCron Logs
MFT *******: Information event => Level:Error, Type: Sftp, Message: ServerError at (Date) NOT_A_TEXT_HANDLE

Can you try re-create the MFT and see if it works better?
