I run into a problem when I select the root folder for FTP upload and checkmark search files in a subfolder. All work correct and I able found files in subfolders but on the FTP server those files will load also with subfolders what is bad for me. Can you add additional checkmark upload files on FTP without subfolder or upload only files.

You have the "Include sub folders option".

But you can also combine several specific folders like:

c:\folder1;c:\folder2 - and then not use the Include sub folders option.

Thank you for your response, the why I chose to select the root folder and not include with subfolders because we have an application that sometimes creates random subfolders folders in root folder for example

root folder -> 8000 -> file
after some time I can have
root folder -> 8000 -> file
-> 8001 -> file
So on FTP server, I will get 8000 -> file
8001 -> file
What is not working for me, need only files and I don't know what name of subfolder I will get in the future.

You can get around it by adding copy task before the ftp upload. Copy files where you include subfolder, and copy all the files to one temporary folder, and upload to ftp from there

Good point, I can do this, but I hope you will add this option to VisualCron in the future.
