Does anyone know what can be the problem?

In the log, it has this message:
Err Could not start socket server, please shut down all processes previously started by VisualCron, error details: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

It seems like a firewall issue. That you have blocked port 16444. Or, another process is using the same port. Try downloading tcpview from Microsoft to check which application holds that port.
