About once or twice a week the VisualCron service just stops.
When viewing the server log, just before the service stops, there are lost of error lines : CommunicationException: The socket connection was aborted.

I am unable to determine which job or task is causing this.
Can anybody help me with this?

Hi Filip,

That error message is repeated a lot of times in the log.

Do you have an exact timestamp of when the service stopped?
Also, can you find any information in the windows event viewer/log from that particular time?

Back to your issue: Do you have any .dmp files in the Log folder of the installation path? If you do, please upload it to neteject.com port 2233, user = upload, pass = upload

Assuming you are using 9.7.5 or which version?
