Hello!

I need to move a server from one active site license to another, without affecting other servers running Visualcron on those site licenses.

What is the best way of doing this?
(Version 9.6.0)

Best regards

So, you can simply install visualcron on the other server, activate with site license, have the server set to Off in the upper left corner (no triggers active) then simply import everything from the original server in to the new server, start the new server, stop the old server.

Hi Michael!
I think you misunderstood me. I want to move an active server from one active site license to another active site license.
We have two site licenses and by mistake I used the wrong activation code on this server and need to correct it.

Is it just to set the server to status "off", change the activation code (under "server info, tab "license and "Activation code"), and then set the server status to "On" again?

Best regards.

Hi Jesse,

Apologies for the late reply. Yes, that should be correct, the way you described it.
