One of our job is connecting to vendors FTP site on port 21 is throwing error : Control channel transfer error 10054
I have tried :

We are using password for authentication.

We have two jobs connects to same FTP site but with different credentials (usernames), one is working other one NOT.
I have checked firewall and its OKAY.

Tried tweaking configs as per the post but no luck.

Did you manage to fix this? I'm also receiving 10054 errors when testing the connection. It's not doing it everytime, but half the time I get the message.

Both of you who are receiving this error, please send an email to support@visualcron.com and take a screenshot of the error when you test via the Connection explorer to connect to the ftp/sftp. Also include what version of VC you are using
